Q: Are all your products authentic?
A: Yes, every single item listed on our website is guaranteed authentic. We go through multiple authentication checks to ensure that customers only receive genuine products. If deemed otherwise, a full refund will be provided.

Q: Is there a physical store?
A: You can find us at Studio One at 179 Cuba St, Te Aro, Wellington.   

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: Mainly New Zealand only however get in touch for international orders.  

Q: Are there size exchanges available in case we buy the wrong size?
A: Generally we can if the size is available and the shoes are in original condition. 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We accept PayPal, AfterPay, Laybuy & Credit/Debit Card.

Q: What currency are these prices set at?
A: All Prices are based on our default currency of NZD however if you're viewing from overseas then you might see the price in your local currency.

Q: Are all items brand new?
A: We sell both brand new and pre-owned goods.  Please pay attention to the product page for this info.
